WHAT IS THE CHARTER SCHOOL OPERATIONS LEADER RESIDENCY? The Charter School Operations Leader Residency is a one-year program that equips education leaders with the tools and resources needed to obtain administrative roles in charter schools through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience. Strong school operational leadership is the backbone of a successful high-quality charter school or charter school system. Operations leaders are responsible for ensuring that the school runs like a well-oiled machine while also setting an operational vision aligned with the aspirations and identities of the scholars they serve and the sustainability of the school.
