Job Title:             Customer Success Manager: Enterprise Sales Team


Reports To:        VP Sales and Investor Strategy


Department:      Sales Org


FLSA:                     Non-exempt


Pay Range           $40,000-$45,000 base, plus earned commissions


Expected Hours: Full time (40 hours/week)



What’s the Job?

Support and assist the Enterprise Sales Team in the provision of quality benefits and service to the Chambers high level investors (Policy through to Trustees). Improve retention and renewals of Chamber members through timely communication, invoicing and aging membership follow up. Ensure membership data is maintained and updated in CRM. Assist Enterprise Sales Associates and VP of Sales with outreach, creating reports and with CRM issues.


What will you do?

Primary support to Enterprise Sales Directors for creating customer success for existing and potential high-level ($12,500-$150,000) investors and responsible for:

  • Using CRM reporting to pull engagement reports for existing members
  • Develops power point presentations
  • In conjunction with Enterprise Sales Directors, manages, and maintains investor CRM with the most current investor information, including primary and secondary contacts, and addresses
  • Maintains detailed investor financials showing status of accounts receivable, and investor retention
  • Oversees investor billing, managing statements, and invoices


What types of skills, competencies and experience do you need?


  • Demonstrated track record in customer relations in a non-profit or business setting with a minimum of 3 years of experience


Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
  • Strong business writing skills, thorough knowledge of MS Office software, including: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with customer databases such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365
  • Ability to develop relationships and inspire confidence, trust, and respect from internal and external contacts, as well as maintaining a dialogue and open communications with them
  • Ability to convey information via highly discreet, trustworthy interactions internally and externally
  • Must exhibit excellent judgment regarding people and information
  • Sense of urgency; attention to detail and quality; excellent task follow through; ability to prioritize; dependability

  • Equipment to be used includes a PC based network system with internet and intranet capabilities
  • CRM
  • Normal work hours at the Chamber are from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday

401k Retirement Benefits
