The Vice President, Direct Marketing will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of direct response fundraising campaigns across channels for 10+ organizations and brands within the Stand Together community.
Your Responsibilities Include
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
8+ years of direct hands-on marketing experience leading strategic initiatives and defining goals for a team; at least 5 years managing a marketing and/or partnerships team.
Proven track record of developing, executing, and managing multi- and cross-channel marketing strategies with a knack for experimentation and thinking outside of the box.
Advanced knowledge of effective direct response and mid-level fundraising tactics and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to create and lead high-performing teams.
Demonstrated initiative with the ability to adapt quickly to changing organizational needs and priorities.
Ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed organization.
