The Foundation is seeking an administrative coordinator that will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the team.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with complex executive scheduling
  • Relationship-building, diplomacy and time management skills to juggle work for multiple teams, with a focus on results
  • Demonstrated service outlook
  • Experience getting work done autonomously and as a team member
  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma and three to five years of relevant executive-level administrative work experience
