The GIIN is widely recognized for its dedication to increasing the scale and effectiveness of impact investing around the world. It does this by building critical infrastructure and supporting activities, education, and research that help accelerate the development of a coherent impact investing industry.
As part of this mission, the GIIN is exploring an exciting line of work that aims to develop a globally accredited qualification for skills and competencies that set the bar for embedded impact analysis and management within an investment team. This includes the integrity codes by which an impact analyst/manager functions; and the required level of excellence that impact analyst/manager executes throughout the investment cycle (and beyond).
Thus, we are currently seeking a full-time Manager, Training & Accreditation to join the team. This position will directly report to the Chief Research Officer, the GIIN’s executive member responsible for leading this Program initiative
The Manager, Training and Accreditation will execute the Training and Accreditation strategy. Examples of responsibilities include:
Flexibility: This position will be based in our New York City office with significant remote work flexibility offered through the GIIN’s hybrid in-person/remote work model.
Compensation: Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Salary range for this role is between $67,000 to $71,000.
The Manager, Training & Accreditation must be steeped in learning as a mechanism to advance practice, be an analytical, organized, resourceful, and responsible individual with a high degree of professionalism. The Manager, Training & Accreditation must also be adaptive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing tertiary level learning programs, material and teaching, and an interest in impact investing.
