The senior associate manages and advances the Foundation’s education achievement and two-generation strategies for children and families in Baltimore. This position involves strategic leadership within the Foundation and across Baltimore communities. The role requires expertise in ensuring philanthropic resources are well allocated and managed; knowledge of methods for improving education achievement through partnership with public systems and with community-based organizations; experience with two-generation approaches and knowledge of local networks; experience with community engagement and capacity building; and a commitment to improving the lives of Baltimore children and families.
This role is a full-time, senior-level professional position reporting to the director, Baltimore Civic Site. This position is based in Baltimore, Md.
