As part of the External Affairs unit, the Leadership Development team is responsible for the design and implementation of programs that accelerate Results Count® leadership competencies and skills of public sector, nonprofit and other leaders who seek to achieve equitable outcomes for the children, families and communities of concern to the Foundation. 

The Foundation is seeking a program associate to manage the infrastructure needed within the Leadership Development team to implement and improve Results Count programming across the country.

  • Proficiency in collecting and analyzing data, managing data systems and strong understanding of the development, use and application of performance measures to assess programmatic work
  • Ability to create and manage infrastructure systems in support of programmatic work, including the maintenance of materials and development of protocols and practices to ensure programmatic fidelity and consistency
  •  Strong interpersonal and communications skills that support the engagement of team members, faculty, internal staff and external colleagues in the implementation of the Results Count leadership development approach
  •  A demonstrated learner’s approach, eagerness to understand and apply Results Count leadership skills/tools and interest in developing customized programs and offerings for social sector leaders
