Freedman Consulting, LLC, a strategic consulting firm, seeks a skilled Manager to research and support the development and design of new programs that support city-government efforts to harness resources and develop innovation capacity with the Bloomberg Cities Insights Unit.

The Insights Unit is part of a 50-person firm that offers strategic consulting services to foundations, nonprofit organizations, and public interest coalitions, partnering with many of the nation’s leading philanthropic institutions.
The Manager, Program Research, will work closely with stakeholders, conducting research and providing insights for testing, developing, and designing program concepts for public-sector leaders. They should have experience and demonstrated success in strategy consulting, strategic research and/or developing philanthropic programming, while balancing multiple priorities, and advising clients —all in a fast-paced environment. They should possess an interest in, and enthusiasm for, local government and how innovation can help city governments work better.
Key Responsibilities
Full salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000. In addition to base annual compensation, Freedman Consulting offers a comprehensive benefits package and discretionary annual bonus based on individual and firm performance. The firm's comprehensive benefits package includes healthcare coverage, a 401k profit sharing plan, paid vacation, personal and sick leave, and other valuable benefits.
