Hope House Northern Colorado (Hope House NoCO) is seeking an inspirational leader to guide our mission of empowering parenting teen moms toward personal and economic self-sufficiency. As our next Executive Director, you'll lead a dynamic organization dedicated to transforming lives by providing comprehensive support, education, and resources to teen moms in Northern Colorado. We're looking for a passionate, strategic leader who can drive our vision forward and expand our impact in the community.

 

The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of nonprofit leadership experience, strategic planning skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting at-risk adolescent parents. You'll oversee our innovative programs, including parenting classes, educational support, counseling, and career development initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in developing our first residential facility through a capital campaign, creating sustainable funding strategies, and building strong relationships with staff, participants, donors, and community partners.

Qualifications

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Our next Executive Director should have demonstrated leadership in nonprofit settings, excellent communication skills, and a business-owner mindset. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable. You'll be responsible for supervising our team, managing organizational operations, leading fundraising efforts, and serving as the public face of our Christ-centered mission. A background in working with teenage mothers or at-risk youth will be particularly advantageous.

The compensation reflects the importance of this role, with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, complemented by health insurance stipends and generous paid time off.
