Radius Group is an early stage startup focused on building technologies to support employers in solving talent shortages. We are currently leading up a project funded by Bloomberg Philanthropies to scale up workforce pathways with employers in Charlotte, North Carolina. The project is being carried out with the Charlotte Executive Leadership Council, an alliance led by CEOs at 30+ companies including Bank of America, Duke Energy, and Advocate Health.   Our goal with this project is to activate partnerships that substantially increase the training capacity in the region. As Workforce Partnerships Director, you will take the lead on guiding and developing these partnerships. You will work closely with training providers in the region to develop proposals for workforce development to be presented to employers.
