Reporting to the President of the Milton Hershey School, the VP of Strategy is responsible for collaborating with school leadership to design and implement the strategic planning process for MHS which includes facilitating the development of plans and tracking goals and initiatives. This person will deal with a highly complex landscape including continuous improvement of MHS’ current model. In addition, this person will direct research and evaluation activities that will inform the decisions leading to improvements of programs, policies, services and operations to optimize student success, mission, legal, financial, and political risk and impact to the school.   The VP of Strategy, through the shared services agreement, will play a pivotal role in developing and designing strategy, programs, policies and operations to optimize student success and expansion of Catherine Hershey Schools.
