Primarily an external-facing leader, the Chief External Affairs Officer (CXO) is an exceptional catalyst, creating innovative resource opportunities, and will increase the visibility, credibility and sustainability of LGR. A seasoned executive-level professional, the CXO is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the implementation of activities that increase, diversify and sustain philanthropic support and earned income, particularly from major donors, foundations and institutional partnerships.  Leading the Development, Marketing, and Partnerships departments, this individual will develop and drive overall strategies in the areas of fundraising, communications, and enrollment growth.
