JOB DESCRIPTION  As Development Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a successful fundraising program, including donor relationship management (CRM), prospect research, and financial reporting, and also provide event and annual giving support. With the recent implementation of the Nonprofit Success Pack of Salesforce as our new donor database, this position will be the lead knowledge source for the development team and will work on the continued implementation and management of Salesforce. This position plays a key role in keeping the development team organized, aligned, and on track to achieve its fundraising goals.
