Position Overview: The People Business Partner (PBP) position is responsible for partnering with managers and employees to support strong outcomes on the team through successful implementation of HR policies and resources. The PBP is responsible for understanding the business objectives of the teams they support, and for partnering with people managers to ensure the team has the talent and people resources they need to achieve these objectives, while building diverse and inclusive teams with a strong culture. In addition, the PBP is responsible for implementing key HR processes with their assigned teams, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, employment policies, engagement and culture, and other staff-related matters.
