The Coalition Ending Gender-Based Violence is seeking a strategic, visionary, and collaborative leader to partner with the Co-Executive Director – Programs and the CEGV Board, staff, and membership to ensure that the Coalition serves as the regional leader of coordinated and innovative services and efforts to improve the King County region’s response to gender-based violence, with a focus on addressing the root causes of violence and abuse through an intersectional racial and gender justice lens. This is a unique opportunity to positively influence the wide range of policies that impact both gender-based violence programs and survivors in our region through strong collaboration, coalition building and partnership for systemic change. The Organization The King County Sexual Assault Resource Center ( KCSARC ) provides critical support and comprehensive services to children, teens, and adults who have experienced sexual assault. The agency couples that support with powerful prevention education that aims to stop sexual violence from happening in the first place. All of KCSARC’s services are available in both English and in Spanish through the Dando Voz program.
