Our Team

Lindsay O'Connell

Founder and Principal

Impact Opportunity Founder and Principal Lindsay O’Connell has been a part of the nonprofit and mission-driven sectors for nearly two decades, with experience in nonprofit marketing strategy, brand management, social media, community engagement, board service, and mission-driven careers and recruiting.

Before launching Impact Opportunity, Lindsay served as Director, Engagement & Marketing at The Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit that provides management consulting to nonprofits and philanthropists. Among other responsibilities during her time at Bridgespan, she ran their award-winning nonprofit job board that hosted more than 3,000 postings annually.

Lindsay’s experience also includes elevating the brand of an executive search company that focuses on finding transformational leaders for nonprofits and mission-driven companies, where she served as a Senior Director for Marketing and Communications.

 

 

Denis O'Connell

Technical Advisor

Denis brings over 20 years of experience developing web applications, planning, programming, leading teams, serving clients, and solving problems.
