The Positive Discipline Association (PDA), a U.S. 501c3 non-profit, is entering a transition period as we strengthen our infrastructure and prepare for organizational growth. The Board will be composed of a ratio of 2/3 of members who are outside the organization, and 1/3 of members who are affiliated with the organization as members, educators and trainers, including a seat for a representative of the Positive Discipline Founder.
