About the foundation  The Chamberlin Education Foundation (CEF) is a nonprofit family foundation that supports partners to advance student success in West Contra Costa, CA. The foundation’s grants, programs, and partnerships are designed to generate improved academic outcomes and long-term educational success for K-12 public school students — particularly Black, Latinx, and other historically under-resourced groups — across West Contra Costa’s K-12 public schools.  CEF’s collaborative, mission-driven team has identified the need to design, build, and manage a more robust system for organizational learning, data and asset management, internal evaluation, and periodic reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
