About the Job The Chief of Staff will be an extension of the Executive Office, helping to oversee the GIIN’s operations and manage critical relationships on behalf of senior leadership. The role is part strategic, part relationship management, part focused on operational excellence, and wholly dedicated to the mission of the GIIN. The Chief of Staff will support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Programs & Operating Officer (CPOO) in planning and managing all programmatic, administrative, financial, and operational activities within their purview, helping ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
