Hudson Center for Community and Environment is a 501(c)(3) charitable, non-profit organization focused on creating equitable, healthy communities and natural spaces in the Hudson Valley and associated areas. We are engaged in a range of projects, including: taking action to help New York meet the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act goals; ensuring equity, access, and inclusion in natural spaces; pursuing food justice initiatives that bring more fresh, healthy food to communities of need; and advocating for more environmentally-friendly land-use and tenant-based policies in the region.
MISSION: Hudson Center for Community and Environment promotes environmental justice and environmental stewardship by investing in the well-being of Hudson Valley and associated communities through education, action, and advocacy.
