This position, which reports to the President/CEO, owns the selling and marketing of Way to Win’s political strategy, and Way to Win as an institution, to donors. Reporting to the CEO, the Chief of Donor Advising (CDA) provides the leadership, strategy, and management for all components of Way to Win’s fundraising efforts. They will develop and execute the strategy for increasing contributed revenue by 40% over the next three years. In addition to a high-touch stewardship, the CDA will provide leadership on an institutional, corporate and legacy giving strategy, and oversee Way to Win’s membership model.
