We intentionally prepare regional and national pipelines of future CEOs and other senior education executives that are representative of the diverse students that CMOs serve, and prioritize and customize deep support of leaders once they are in the CEO role.
We will increase the success and stability of the CMO sector and their ability to serve our nation's highest need students by:
Supporting aspiring CEOs, new CEOs, other senior leaders, and their Boards before, during, and after CEO transitions
Increasing the diversity of CMO executive teams
