The Chief of Staff (COS) is a new 30-hour/week position for CLC and will provide a broad range of high-level support to the Co-Executive Directors, Board of Directors and Senior Leadership team of the Community Living Campaign. This leadership position will work directly with the co-Executive Directors to help them drive effective operations, support and develop the growing staff, engage with community members and strategic partners, and nourish relationships with funders and donors. The ideal Chief of Staff will be both collaborative and independent, able to move with patience and clarity from strategy to implementation.
