The Community Living Campaign brings greater joy, health, and connectedness to seniors and people with disabilities in San Francisco through community-building, empowerment, and advocacy.  The Community Living Campaign strengthens and mobilizes individuals and organizations to assure every person’s right to live in community. Our strategy is to leverage the power of relationships to improve services and support.
