At New American Leaders and New American Leaders Action Fund (NAL/AF), we envision an inclusive democracy where every American is represented. By empowering first and second generation Americans to run, win, and lead in elected office, we are building a stronger democracy and engaging immigrant communities at every level of the political process. We also support New American elected officials at the frontlines of creating transformative policy environments for educational, economic, and political equity. NAL/AF are national organizations with programs and staff across the country.
