This Is My Brave is a national nonprofit dedicated to mental health storytelling.  We believe in the power of stories to reduce stigma and offer hope to those who need it the most.  The mission of This Is My Brave is to empower individuals to put their names and faces to their personal stories of recovery using the performing arts. We know that when a story is shared, people feel less alone.  Our shows focus on empowerment, hope, recovery, and transformation.
