Flexibly Focused

Allison Lipsman is a dynamic, empathic leader who is established across the Chicago region as a successful, creative, and responsive social sector professional.

Allison has a robust track record of setting and exceeding ambitious multi-million dollar annual revenue and wide-reaching external relations goals, motivating and coaching staff, and helping to smoothly lead organizations through critical strategic moments.

In addition to direct fundraising success, Allison is skilled at expanding an organization’s visibility, reach, and overall prominence. Her relationship building and cultivation has resulted in invitations to address legislators in Chicago and Springfield, sold-out galas, and opportunities to submit invitation-only funding requests.

But above all, Allison loves bringing together leaders to examine challenges and areas for growth and together, establish clear action plans for success. When you engage with Flexibly Focused, you will find a partner who will cheer you on, invite you to challenge old habits, and push your boundaries to successfully reach your next phase.

Allison holds a Master’s in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin. Allison began her career in education as a 2nd and 4th grade Chicago Public Schools teacher through Teach for America. She lives in Oak Park with her husband, two boys, a dog, and more Pokémon cards than you care to imagine.
