This role will be based in our Richmond, Charlottesville, or Falls Church offices. Salary Note:  Salary range is $110,000 to $161,592 based on years of relevant experience and LAJC’s formal salary scale, upward 12% cost-of-living adjustment ($123,200 to $180,983) is available for positions based in Falls Church. To allow for salary growth within the position over time, the anticipated hiring range for this position is between $110,000 - $142,947 ($123,200 - $160,100 12% adjustment for Falls Church).
