Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District ( THPRD ) is searching for a  Community Engagement Specialist .  This position is responsible for connecting and communicating with THPRD’s diverse population on a variety of park and recreation efforts.      The position assists with planning, organizing and facilitating public engagement events and activities for the district, with a special emphasis on Park Services Division efforts such as planning, design and development, maintenance and sustainability efforts, in addition to district-wide communication priorities.     The ideal candidate is a creative, team-oriented individual with a passion for community engagement and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and social justice work.
