The Senior Director of Development and Communications is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the Alliance for Collective Action’s fundraising, communications, and marketing strategies. As part of a small but mighty (and fun!) team, this individual will partner with the Executive Director to raise approximately $1M per year to help the Alliance deliver impact. They will oversee the brand's identity, manage donor relations, and ensure effective communication across all channels.
