The East Bay Community Foundation (EBCF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing racial equity and economic opportunity in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Founded in 1928, it partners with donors, social movements, and community groups to eliminate structural barriers and create a more just and inclusive East Bay.
