Position Purpose and Objectives The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves to fulfill the mission of the Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers (ADDP), an organization that provides strategic leadership to advocate for public policy that strengthens the viability of community organizations that support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities including Autism spectrum disorders, as well as individuals with brain injuries, so that they provide the highest quality and service outcomes.   The President and CEO ensures that the Association serves the needs and interests of its membership and upholds ADDP’s mission and by-laws. They are the primary representative for provider interests to elected and appointed officials within all branches of government.
