   About Asian Pacific Fund   Founded in 1993, the Asian Pacific Fund (APF) is the Bay Area’s only community foundation solely dedicated to uplifting Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities. With a mission to mobilize resources and amplify voices, APF supports a vibrant network of over 90 local nonprofits by providing flexible funding and culturally relevant capacity-building programs. The organization drives systems change through investment in data, research, and community-led solutions. APF also mobilizes the Bay Area’s AANHPI population of over two million through advocacy, education, and collective action.   In 2024, APF underwent a transformative year by launching new initiatives and expanding its reach.
