Lets Save The Strays International LLC

Let’s Save The Strays International LLC (LSTSI) is a U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to improving animal and public health through high-volume TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return) and rabies prevention programs in underserved regions. Our work is focused in Myanmar, northern Thailand, and the Philippines—areas deeply affected by poverty, overpopulation, and a lack of veterinary resources.

What sets us apart is our locally led model: all in-country staff and volunteers are from the communities we serve. We provide hands-on training for veterinary students, support community feeders, and work with local leaders to build sustainable solutions from within. Since launching our efforts, LSTSI has treated over 30,000 animals and mentored more than a dozen veterinary students in surgical skills and humane handling.

We are committed to a One Health approach, recognizing the link between animal health, human well-being, and environmental conditions. Our organization is volunteer-led in the U.S., with 95% of all funds going directly to fieldwork. Our mission is to go where no one else goes to treat the animals the world has forgotten—and to empower communities to care for them humanely and sustainably.
