Colorado Enterprise Fund (CEF) is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) founded in 1976. Our goal is to ensure economic vitality for Colorado by providing loans and business coaching to locally owned businesses. We are committed to serving all small businesses, and we target resources to Black, Latino/Chicano, women and veteran owned businesses. CEF has a team of fluent Spanish speaking professionals specialized in serving Spanish speaking business owners. We provide business coaching, grants and loans to entrepreneurs who are unable to access financing through traditional lenders.
