Grads of Life’s mission is to close the Opportunity Gap that separates diverse talent pools and the companies that will benefit from hiring them. We help employers to design and implement inclusive talent strategies which promotes economic opportunity, stability and mobility for all. Our Advisory Services team works one-on-one with employers, as well as with networks of employers in markets or industries, to co-create the regional talent pipelines, hiring programs, work-based experiences, and talent partnerships that drive inclusive talent strategies. Our research, learnings, and strategic communications are then promoted by our Thought Leadership team which collectively advances the broader movement of employers committed to lasting change across our country.
