The Associate Director of Development (ADOD) will be responsible for identifying, managing, and developing strategic relationships with existing and new donors within their assigned territory with the goal of elevating donors to a higher level of Annual Giving, and into mid-level and major giving when appropriate. In this role, the ADOD will collaborate with local and regional volunteer leadership as well as philanthropy colleagues to effectively network and partner on key initiatives and events. The ADOD will focus on the Hadassah West Coast Region ( Geographic Area | West ). The Regional Director of Development (RDD) supports Major Gift initiatives in the assigned area. The RDD works in tandem with area volunteer leaders and appropriate professional leadership to develop and execute a fundraising strategy for current and prospective major donors in the Metro region. The RDD will have his/her own portfolio of donors and will supervise a regional team of fundraisers. This role will be responsible for building the pipeline of major donors and establish realistic and ambitious goals over time.
