Organization Overview  GreenLight Fund is a national nonprofit with a local focus that partners with communities to create opportunities for inclusive prosperity.  We facilitate a community-driven process that matches the local needs of individuals and families not met by existing programs, to organizations with track records of success elsewhere. Position Overview GreenLight Fund seeks a thoughtful, mission-driven Site Manager to lead the execution of site strategy, including research, selection portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement. This role will support the successful implementation of the selection process, monitor portfolio performance, and drive alignment across site priorities. The Site Manager reports directly to the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Philadelphia and will work collaboratively across the GreenLight network.  Key Areas of Responsibility Strategy, Research, Selection, & Community Engagement  Research existing local social issues and priorities affecting underserved children, youth, and families.
