The National Program Manager is responsible for the planning, development and execution of national programs that advance Hadassah’s mission and strategic priorities. This role collaborates closely with national staff and volunteer leadership to deliver high-quality, mission-driven programs that engage members, supporters, and friends of Hadassah. The National Program Manager serves as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on project manager, ensuring programs are impactful, fiscally responsible, inclusive, and aligned with organizational goals.

The Regional Director of Development (RDD) supports Major Gift initiatives in the assigned area. The RDD works in tandem with area volunteer leaders and appropriate professional leadership to develop and execute a fundraising strategy for current and prospective major donors in the Metro region. The RDD will have his/her own portfolio of donors and will supervise a regional team of fundraisers.  This role will be responsible for  building the pipeline of major donors and establish realistic and ambitious goals over time. The Director’s personal fundraising will focus on the NY Metro region and New Jersey.

The Philanthropy Associate will support the operational and strategic functions of the Major Gifts team within the Philanthropy Division. This role involves providing project management, research, and other critical assistance to a highly collaborative team. The Philanthropy Associate works to support the creation of customized donor reports to ensure that donor engagement efforts are executed efficiently. The position also collaborates with a team of gift officers and volunteers to provide support with donor giving histories, as well as a wide variety of reporting, database management, and logistics.

The Philanthropy Associate, Annual Giving & Grassroots is responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of core direct response fundraising, while also helping to ensure that data-driven fundraising materials for Regions and Chapters are accurate and timely. The position emphasizes analytical rigor, donor-centric communication, and collaboration.

The UI / UX Designer will be responsible for harmonizing the design aesthetic and user experience of Hadassah's digital platforms, while contributing regularly to the production of online and email content. Candidates will use a blend of creative, strategy and technical skills to empower our members to make a difference. The primary functions of this role include: Design and produce digital communication materials, including email, website, branding, event and advertising content. Develop and manage national and local Hadassah digital templates and processes. Develop user experience processes and flows for select products. Maintain industry standards for all code and content.

The Manager, Philanthropy Data is responsible for optimizing and maintaining critical fundraising data to support the Philanthropy Division, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality and accuracy. The position is responsible for analyzing donor behavior, generating a variety of reports, and creating actionable insights to help improve and increase donor engagement.   

The Director, External and Performance Marketing will lead the development and implementation of Hadassah’s strategic marketing plan to build brand awareness and meaning, differentiate Hadassah, strengthen competitiveness, support membership growth and philanthropic initiatives that help achieve revenue objectives. The director will lead the management of the creation and execution of all marketing activities plus tracking of and follow-up on all marketing metrics.
