We currently have a six-person board chaired by Ania Calderon. We are seeking up to three new board members to help guide the organization’s evolution. Board of Directors Responsibilities Global Integrity Board Members: Steer the organization. The Board meets four times a year, for 2-3 hours each time. Pre-pandemic, one of these meetings was held in person in Washington, D.C., with the other three meetings held virtually. Moving forward, we hope to find the occasional opportunity for in-person meetings, but remote participation will likely be the norm. Additional time may be required for work on committees, including our standing Governance, and Finance and Audit, committees. Board members will also be expected to play an active role in supporting our fundraising activities as we navigate a changing funding landscape. Champion Global Integrity.
