Small Magic is seeking a senior leader to build what does not yet exist. The Managing Director, Initiatives will translate our vision for early learning into a concrete portfolio of initiatives, building a best-in-class early learning ecosystem that will shape outcomes for more than 10,000 children over the next three years. Organization Overview  GreenLight Fund is a national nonprofit with a local focus that partners with communities to create opportunities for inclusive prosperity.  We facilitate a community-driven process that matches the local needs of individuals and families not met by existing programs, to organizations with track records of success elsewhere.
