Position Summary The Vice President, Strategic Development will lead the design and execution of a national fundraising and resource development strategy that advances LISC’s mission through an integrated approach to enterprise strategy and operations, policy, programming, and capital. This role sits at the intersection of business units, ensuring that Development is fully aligned with—and actively shaping—the organization’s enterprise priorities. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Development, the VP will serve as a key strategic partner to senior leadership, translating actionable, fundable strategies across organizational priorities.
