About the Position:   The Legal Aid Justice Center seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney to support our litigation work, especially impact litigation. The preference is for this attorney to work primarily from our Charlottesville office, but candidates able to work from any other LAJC offices (Falls Church or Richmond) will be considered.    Applying the principles of community lawyering and working on interdisciplinary team, the attorney will work closely with the director of litigation to develop, execute, and support major litigation carried out by our six programs - Civil Rights and Racial Justice; Health Justice and Public Benefits; Housing and Consumer Justice; Immigrant Justice; Worker Justice; and Youth Justice.
