The Finance Operations Manager provide effective financial management and support to their Geographic Areas. Finance Operations Manager will oversee day to day financial processes and procedures related to local donations, events, and general operations. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and merchant processing. Prepare financial reports as needed. Prepare financials for Geographic Area annual budget reporting and analysis on a periodic basis. Review event budgets. Manage cash flow, donation processing and reporting. Generate and file required IRS and other regulatory forms.
