This initiative supports a broader strategy to stabilize housing for all residents and reduce strain on emergency and outreach systems. Responsibilities: Conduct outreach and engagement with referred unsheltered residents. Work in coordination with city staff and first responders to reach city residents. Identify goals and assist with barrier elimination to stable living. Provide services and/or referrals to temporary housing/lodging programs.
