The Positive Discipline Association (PDA), a U.S. 501c3 non-profit, is entering a transition period as we strengthen our infrastructure and prepare for organizational growth. The Board will be composed of a ratio of 2/3 of members who are outside the organization, and 1/3 of members who are affiliated with the organization as members, educators and trainers, including a seat for a representative of the Positive Discipline Founder. We are looking for a strong leader to join our Board of Directors as Vice President (President-Elect) who has experience with being part of a nonprofit board that changed from operational to governance. About the PDA For more than 20 years, the PDA has supported trainers, educators, mental health professionals, and families around the world in bringing Positive Discipline into homes, schools, and communities.
