The Media Relations Associate ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of the Media & Public Relations office by facilitating the flow of information among internal and external audiences. The Customer Service Associate will provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to donors’ queries via email or phone, ensuring that donors are treated respectfully and with due diligence related to Grassroots, Annual Giving, and Major Gifts. In addition, the Customer Service Associate will be pro-active regarding donors’ automatic credit card payments, voicemails, emails, database updates and any correspondences incoming during non-business hours.

The Regional Director of Development (RDD) supports Major Gift initiatives in the assigned area. The RDD works in tandem with area volunteer leaders and appropriate professional leadership to develop and execute a fundraising strategy for current and prospective major donors in the Metro region. The RDD will have his/her own portfolio of donors and will supervise a regional team of fundraisers. This role will be responsible for building the pipeline of major donors and establish realistic and ambitious goals over time.
