The Associate Director of Development (ADOD) will be responsible for identifying, managing, and developing strategic relationships with existing and new donors within their assigned territory with the goal of elevating donors to a higher level of Annual Giving, and into mid-level and major giving when appropriate. The Project Manager guides the overall project and marketing functions of Hadassah Midwest and the execution of programs, events and activities for the Midwest Geographic Area, its’ regions and chapters. Partnering with staff and volunteer leaders, the Project Manager seeks to translate volunteer engagement and fundraising into clear project plans with measurable outcomes and sustained engagement.
