About the Legal Aid Justice Center:   The Legal Aid Justice Center is a nationally recognized, non-profit organization that partners with low-income clients and communities of color in Virginia to fight for racial, social, and economic justice. The Executive Assistant at Consero Solutions provides administrative, operational, and project support that allows our consulting team to work efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include preparing agendas and meeting materials, summarizing meetings and entering tasks into Asana, supporting file management in Dropbox, helping maintain budgets and tracking in Harvest, assisting with office operations, and taking on special projects aligned with your skills and interests. The Executive Assistant will engage in mission-focused work with visible, tangible outcomes as part of a small, supportive team with direct access to leadership. The Executive Assistant also will learn about California policy issues, environmental stewardships strategies, and organizational management.
