For nearly 30 years, Building Impact has partnered with nonprofit organizations and companies to strengthen communities through volunteering. Building Impact believes companies have the power to strengthen the communities where their employees live and work, but creating meaningful impact requires the right partner. Building Impact's approach is strategic, community-centered, and scalable. The organization co-designs volunteer programs with its nonprofit partners based on local needs; mobilizes corporate teams through meaningful volunteer experiences; and measures what matters by reporting real impact.   In 2025, Building Impact worked with more than 60 companies and engaged more than 14,800 volunteers.
