The Regional Director of Development (RDD) supports Major Gift initiatives in the assigned area. The RDD works in tandem with area volunteer leaders and appropriate professional leadership to develop and execute a fundraising strategy for current and prospective major donors in the Metro region. The RDD will have his/her own portfolio of donors and will supervise a regional team of fundraisers.  This role will be responsible for  building the pipeline of major donors and establish realistic and ambitious goals over time.
